Can I customize my order? Yes! All products excluding Random Encounter can be customized. Simply send us a message via the "Contact Us" page with your order number, and tell us if you would like your product without dice, to include dice aligned with the associated player class, or for the travel soap to include specifically D10's (for our friends in the competitive axe throwing community!).

Do you ship outside of the United States? As of right now, no. Hopefully soon we will though!

Where do you get the dice from? All dice used are made by major dice companies, but we source them through a small family owned game store in Two Rivers, Wi.

Will you be adding more products? We intend to continue to expand our product line to include more skin and hair care products! Product releases will happen in due time, as we hand craft and thoroughly test each product in house to ensure quality before releasing them to the public. 

Are there any dyes in your products? No, we try to keep our ingredient count as low as possible. Cleric and Fighter do discolor pink and tan respectively due to the essential oils used, but the color does not transfer to your skin or clothes.

Will your prices be going up with the new tariffs? Right now, no; but unfortunately we cannot make long term promises on this. We do promise to keep our prices as low as we can.

Are your products available in any brick and mortar locations? Yes! While we don't have our own brick and mortar store, our products are available at varying brick and mortar locations. The products in these locations rotate with the scent of the month, but all scents are available in all products all the time on this website.
